With a long waterline, a generous sail plan providing horse power for
competitive racing, and the stability of cruisers, our J's are, we
have come to conclude, rather perfect boats in every way.
Their sail handling systems keep things easy: halyards and reef lines are
cockpit led; mainsheet control is within reach of the wheel. These boats are
racers, yet stable and easy to sail.
